Apple have finally announced the Iphone 4, with the sort of specs the 3GS should of had, as a piece of phone hardware it sounds handy, nice screen res, sounds like a good screen etc, still lacks hard buttons, still can't get used to the loss of those.

Course it'll probably be crippled by iOS4, its out end of June, if Bigred had his usual procrastination periods he could of picked one up instead of a 3gs

I'm happy with my phone for now, does what I need. There are some cracking apps.
The others will will in the end, Steve Jobs needs to wake up a bit.

iphone 4 avoid at the minute - massive problems with the antenna being located in the bottom right of the handset, apparently people are getting very poor signal strength because their hand covers the antenna location.... Steve Jobs response.... You need to hold your phone this way !!! - yes good answer that.....

Still they have released a bug fix for the signal levels not reporting correctly... but i have to say i do like the look of this phone... that's about it really.

OS4 does give alot more scope for development and iphones will contiue to dominate..... for now at least - depending on wether Apple still think they can tell you how to 'hold your phone'.

That kind of sounds like Microsoft over the 360 RROD but at least the finally (but not initially or mid term) admitted a fault and extended the warranty.
